The Surgi-Form products (also known as SurgiForm) have been marketed under the Surgi-Form name to veterinarians across the US and Canada by Dr. Milton Carlin, owner of Carlin Enterprises.  Dr. Carlin has been a full time veterinarian for 53 years in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and is graduate of Oklahoma State School of Veterinary Medicine. His Surgi-Forms are an innovative approach to restraining anesthetized animals during pre-surgery prep, surgery and radiography, and is one of many patented veterinary tools developed by Dr. Carlin.
